Im sorry for inconvenience.

In this case you unfortunately have to beat Boss Nikola which is resetting your chance to catch a legendary Pokémon in case you failed to catch it in some way. After that done you can go back to Stark Mountain and have another try for your Heatran.

 

I wish you good luck this time and do not forget your Sync! :D
