Im sorry for this inconvenience.

Try to follow this steps to solve your problem:

1. Change your desktop screen resolution,
   
2. Launch your PRO game client,
   
3. Revert your resolution change back to your initial one.
   

Note that this is not a fix to the "stuck at loading map screen" issue.

 

In case you still have some resolution problems let it me know by a reply at this post.
