Just want to clarify that my account has been successfully reset, however I did receive my 40 coins but my accessories has not been refunded as told in the previous thread. Like mentioned in the other thread, it is unfortunately not possible to sent the accessories directly as you would need 4 badges to obtain them and we will sent you coins in value of the accessories and you can buy them again in the shop. Its true that the coins wasnt sent but they should now.
