Hi, i dont know if is any problem with my internet or computer but since merge of server im getting down too many times and wasnt usual, actualy i didnt get down just if i was afk. And i send a print of another problem dat is happening to me, not soo many times like going down but is kinda anoying cause i cant see my pokemons in pc i w8 -/+ 5 mints but isnt showing them and i get down again. Can u help me discovering why this is happening?? Ty

BTW im in server silver, and i was in blue sever.

Hey @dsjg97,

 

when you try to open your box and search for Pokémon, is the chat still running and are you able to send messages into the chat? If yes, it shouldnt be your internet, do you get any crash logs? Please provide them in case you have some. Otherwise it is most propably a problem with your internet.

I want to suggest you to do the standard approach in case of problems with PRO, mentioned in our Issue Thread:

 

Crash issues or other issues

▪︎ Linux/GNU Guide

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2. Disable anti-virus program

3. Restart computer

1. The Unarchiver

2. WinZip5

3. Keka

4. BetterZiip

 

Others solution:

Update driver and reinstall Direct X

 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.
