To do so, you have to talk to Assistant Davis at the Bell Tower Barrier Station 1F. If you've already changed your bell twice, then unfortunately we cannot change your bell yet again as you've already been given the chance. I was talking with assistant davis and since i didn't know if it was a one time only thing when i went to type in the help chat to ask and accidentally clicked on water bell.
