Support/Help Button inside game

Hi there guys once more thanks for reading, this is one of the most suggestions about what this game can have to help players, so i will be direct .

 

My suggestion is :

 

Can be Added a GUI button that will redirect to a Support Menu to when a player click in one of the topics inside the menu will open the explorer to the selected content.

 

-----> Menu -----> (player select what type of support / help it needs without searching) -----> Content selected by player.

 

 

This menu can have topics that are common to players:

 

"General Support" selection:

By selecting this topic will automatically redirect to forum page of "general support".

 

"Discord Support" selection:

By selecting this topic will automatically redirect to forum page of "Discord guide / info about how to player join inside discord support".

 

"Report Bug", selection:

By selecting this topic will automatically be redirect to forum page of all about any report game related.

 

"Report Player/How to report thread" selection:

By selecting this topic will automatically redirect to forum page of player report.

 

"Donation shop/ coins issue" selection

By selecting this topic will automatically redirect to forum page of donation shop.

 

"Searching for a Guild" selection:

By selecting this topic will automatically redirect to forum page of all "looking for Guild" .

 

"Ingame Update log" selection:

By selecting this topic will automatically redirect to forum page(/s) of all information that a player needs to know about .

 

"About" Selection:

By selecting this topic will automatically redirect to forum page of discord/rules/copyrights or other info, can be open a new window about it inside game.

 

 

 

 

Why i think this will help:

 

- Increase the game quality by simplifying searching.

- Increase number of players that will use and regist at forum.

- Easy acess without alt+tab and open an explorer.

- Versatile Menu for any type of report.

- reduction of some frequent questions related to game, inside the "help chat" ingame.

I dont know why, but I dont agree with you. The help chat is there for quieries. On the log in page, there is a link to the website, so I guess they can have a look at the forums this way. Maybe would make us lazy? Idk...hahaha.. Good luck!
