Random Crash after downloading game on different computer

Featured Replies

Good evening,

I have recently bought a new computer and installed on it PRO but there is a strange issue where it keeps crashing randomly with this message popping up:

It is extremely annoying and i have lost many random ranked games because of it, I have looked on the forums for a fix, and tried the windows 10 fix where we have to insert the "-force-d3d9" code in the target area on the shortcut, but it did not fix anything as I am still crashing.

Please help me out thank you!

Hello,

Check first that all updates and everything are done on the computer. If the computer drivers are not all up to date it may cause issues.

Hopefully that helps and good luck!

All of the drivers are up to date and Windows 10 is up to date as well, thank you for answering though
