I found that Reaper Cloth also come in Excavations now. A friend told me this so it's possibly wrong but hey, if it's real it's a good one :D

the medium in route 6 gives you one dragon fang after you talk with Lt. Surge, and the farfetchd that you trade in vermilion city have stick too

Got two Metal Coats out of the cracks on Route 3 (just before Mt. Moon).

 

Dusk Stones, got about five of these from cracks in Mt. Moon.
