Do you crash or experience a black screen? Can you please be more detailed in your explanation. Also, please try to be patient when experiencing a 'white screen' as the game might just be trying to load. Clicking in several places may just lead it to stop responding. Hi there, please check out the following guides depending on your Operating system. PRO not responding may because you may not meet the system requirements, which can be found in the guides listed below. ▪︎ Win7 Guide ▪︎ Win10 Crash Fix ▪︎ Android Guide ▪︎ Mac Guide ▪︎ Linux/GNU Guide If you meet the system requirements, have tried the suggested solutions from the guides, and still can't play the game, you may try the following. -When PRO stops responding, you may try to force exit the client and run the program as an Administrator once again after restarting your Desktop. -Run a full Virus scan on your computer -Upgrade your Drivers -Install the latest Windows Updates ♡ General Support ♡ PRO Reporting ♡ Punishment Policy ♡ Discipline Appeals ♡ Please do not contact staff members for private support.
