Bulbasaur now changed places of required levels for Vine Whip (level 7) and Leech Seed (level 9). Pikachu learning Double Kick at level 9. Charmander learning Smokescreen at level 9 instead of level 10. Squirtle learning Bubble at level 9 instead of level 13.
