Merge: I chose wrong

Hello,

 

I'm an pretty old player and when I was playing there were only the Blue Yellow and Red Server... nowadays there are only Gold and Silver and I wanted to play with my friend again (I didn't know about the new Servers) he told me that I just have to Log-In and click on the Server I want to play (to get back my old stuff) so I did that and I had to start completely from the beginning... so I asked around the Chat and they told me that I have to Merge it somehow on the Website and now I think I can only get back my old Pokes etc, on the Silver Server because I already logged into the Gold Server.

Is there a possibility to change that because I'm not willing to play on the Silver Server because it makes no sense for me... I don't like to play alone.

 

I know Staffs aren't allowed to delete, transfer accounts but since I didn't know anything about the new Server (Silver, Gold) and the Merge on the Website it's quite unfair to be honest... ( I didn't merge into Silver Server yet)

Hello!

As you played on either the Red or Blue server (I assume), you have to merge by following the steps mentioned.

Please, do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here.

 

If you played on the Red or Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server.

Unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference.
