Hey, You'll need to first obtain the Mega Bracelet before you can start collecting Mega Stones! To start the quest, you'll need to first go to the Vermilion City Library in the Northeast corner of Vermilion City and talk with Assistant Theodore inside. Since you are the Kanto Champion, he'll ask you to present to him a Pokemon with the following attributes: Has your OT. Capable of mega evolution. Maximum happiness of 255. Level 100. Fully EV trained (510 EVs in total regardless of distribution). Present the Pokemon to him and he will reward you with the Mega Bracelet! Just incase you don't already have a resource to guide you through the Medichamite quest, here is a wonderful guide to help you through it!
