It is totally RNG (Random Number Generator) and since it is a uncommon pokemon with the Pink question mark (membership) it will be pretty hard to found but it will happens with motivation! I wish you a Good Luck for your Shroomish hunt! About Bullet Seed, sadly it is a TM only as stated in the gen9 learnset here and you cant learn it via level or any sort. And the TM Tutor is only in Sinnoh Safari Area Zone, which is very far from you currently. I either recommend you to learn Seed Bomb at level 44 to your Breloom or you can ask a player to teach your Breloom Bullet Seed but it will require you to get the Rainbow badge (4th one) If you choose this option, be sure to screenshot the chat saying you asked for a service help and the Trade window! long story short i made a secondary account like a year ago i still remember the ID and PW but i forgot which email i used to link it with, is there any way i can know at least which email the account is linked with? also when i put ID and pw in game it says we sent u an email but when i put the same ID and PW in the official website it says wrong ID/PW any idea how can i recover the account? i used to use it as a a bank lol so it has some money xd any help is appreciated so that i can recover this pls

Agreed, I tried this game again for the first time in a few years and I am kind of disappointed. I think the world looks okay but the battles look awful. Low-resolution sprites and barely any animation.

Could the pre-evo move tutor be either updated to include any tm moves that the previous evolution can learn but the final evolution can't or a separate npc in the egg move centers for this purpose. The reason for this is some people tend to train up pokemons and then fix their moveset, due to leveling in trainer tower with a evolved pokemon is much easier than doing it without. This can cause the issue that some pokemons can't learn certain tm moves that are exclusive to previous evolutions which might be really needed on certain pokemons, porygon being an example can learn teleport through tm but porygon2 can't so once its evolved without teleport learned its essentially locked out of getting that move. This can make pokemons quite literally unsellable. The benefit to this for the community is that new players who make this mistake can have a method of fixing it, it also adds to the game's economy as the epic or godly pokemons that some people evolved without the required moves could then be sold. While you can argue that once you made the mistake you won't make it again, I still think this change should be added.
