no response from the seller, what should I do??

About two days ago i was playing the game normally. But since yesterday when i lunch the game it start the splash screen but the game never one. On task manager it is running (i end task there before try to relaunch) but still the game just wont open. I already copy a new installation file on the folder but the issue persist.
