However, I forgot to claim the reward before transferring/returning to the Silver server. Hey @Weepinghermit after doing Brittney's quest , You have to go talk with that grandma and you have to go south to her friend's house. She will tell you to bring her 6 pumpkings. After u find 6 pumpkins, you'll get an pumpkin hat and then u can unlock that area. Hope it helps and I'm providing an youtube video link too.
