Hello @Diobe! Apologies for the issue you are dealing about your pc shutdown during a move learn.. Unfortunately, we dont offer account reset or any sort. What I recommend you is to either get a Grass/Water pokemon, there is many grass and water type at the start of the journey, you can found more informations about spawn via either wiki page or Reborn bot in your official discord server! Keep in mind that in the next city, there will be a move relearner which allow you to re-learn move you forgot or missed, it will be a fee cost of 2.000 pokedollars! For future reference, if you wanna restart your journey for unknown reason, you can either join the other server, they are two different data or you can create a new account with the same email if you want, you are free to create 4 accounts per player as stated in your Game-Rules !
