Hello Admin and support team, I’m experiencing a serious issue and would like to request your assistance. Previously, I had a large number of Balls in my inventory, including Great Balls, Ultra Balls, Beast Balls, and especially Master Balls (I remember having more than 20). However, after logging in recently, I noticed that all of them have disappeared. At the moment, only regular Pokeballs remain in my bag. I want to clarify that I did not use, trade, or discard any of these items. Losing such a significant amount of valuable items has greatly affected my gameplay.
