Hello @Inces! Apologies for the issue you are dealing with. I would like to recommend you to disable the Music Volume via the setting by using the little tick. It is a known issue where music corrupt on rare case when trying to download. It is being worked on by DEV but NO ETA when it will be fixed. Waiting for a response if it solves your issue. It’s happening to a lot of people but they don’t realize what’s happening they just think the game is crashing on them but the memory just gets to high and crashes them

Hello @Agentace! Apologies for the issue you are encountering, it's a sad new. Unfortunately, we dont offer these type of service to restore form/normal pokemon you run away by mistake. It is your own responsability to be careful when you see a pokemon you want to catch. That why the pop-up is there to be aware that you have a form. I know it was not the answer you were waiting for and I sincerely apologies, I understand it can be frustating.
