Greetings @Jagotheking! I apologize for the inconvenience of the unwanted evolution of Tangela. It is to my greatest regard that staff cannot de-evolve Pokémon that a player has chose evolve as it causes stress to the database. The only circumstance in which this service is provided by staff is when a negligent service has happened via another player and said player has been unfaithful to a service agreement. For future endeavors with Tangela evolutions, it evolves after it has learned the move Ancient Power and then levels up. You can find more info on Tangela via the PRO Wiki.
