Access to the daycare is unlocked after defeating Naero in Cerulean Cave B1F. Because of this requirement, there is a natural requirement of completion of the Cerulean Cave quest. A daycare can be found in each region in the following locations: Route 5 (Kanto) Route 34 (Johto) Route 117 (Hoenn) Solaceon Town (Sinnoh) Four Island (Sevii Islands) I hope this message finds you well.
