Hello @Inutilista ! I sincerely apologies for the trouble you have with the quest. This quest can be tricky due to Kabutops being fast and attack the Eon at any moment, you will have to keep trying whilst being the fastest to be able to complete this quest! Meanwhile, I recommend you to use a pokemon with either Destiny Bond or Endeavor Focus Sash and Quick Attack/Sucker Punch to defeat the Aerodactyl. I wish you a Good Luck for your quest and wish you the success to be able to defeat this boss and get your reward! Very Respectfully, Zarachi

From what I see, you are meeting all the requirements (full gen2 caught data, Entei caught via boss) and you did many legendaries via World Quest, shouldnt be an issue.
