Final eXecute Bot — Version 1.2 Update Hello everyone, the Final eXecute Bot has received a new update. Version 1.2 focuses on better guild management, cleaner server handling, improved member tracking and new internal tools for the Final eXecute guild. This update builds on the previous Version 1.0 and is now our current internal reference version. New Features Added a new application ticket system for Final eXecute. Members can now apply through a button-based ticket flow. Officers and Leaders can approve or decline applications directly inside the ticket. Approved applicants automatically receive the Trial role. Approved applicants now receive a welcome message with next steps. Application tickets are archived before closing for better documentation. Added IGN reminder tools to help members register their PRO in-game name. Added recovery support for older IGN registration logs. Improved guild member checks by comparing saved Discord IGNs with the latest member log. Added a clearer separation between customer-facing bot features and Final eXecute-only tools. Improvements Customer servers now only receive approved public and premium commands. Internal guild tools are restricted to the Final eXecute home server. Improved slash command registration to keep command lists cleaner. Improved application ticket permissions so only the applicant, Guild Officer, Guild Leader and the bot can see the ticket. Improved ticket closing flow with automatic logging and cleanup. Improved IGN reminder handling so the bot can contact missing members more reliably. Added clearer support instructions for members who need help with IGN registration. Customer Features Customer servers continue to receive the main approved tools, including: /spawn — PRO spawn information /smogon — competitive set information /move — move information and PRO location support /premium — premium access information /fxb — bot setup and management tools Final eXecute Internal Tools The new guild management tools are intended for Final eXecute only, including: Application ticket handling IGN reminders IGN recovery Guild member checks Member log handling Internal giveaway and administration workflows Version Note Version 1.2 is now saved as the current internal reference point after Version 1.0.
