Thank you for your nominations, @Poppachav. Hawlucha is already ranked in C tier, and we've been discussing adding Samurott-H to one of the A tiers in the upcoming VR update. Jellicent has also been nominated by fellow PvP Coordinators to be completely unranked because it was ranked in C- when Keldeo was at its peak, but the addition of Clodsire has since then lessened the impact of Keldeo on the metagame and, by extension, the need for countermeasures such as Jellicent. We will continue to discuss Jellicent's rank and place in the current metagame as it is on the upcoming voting slate, and I will be sure to forward your comments about its physically defensive attributes, but I want to emphasize that, in some cases, Jellicent simply lacks the necessary physical bulk to switch into specific prominent Megas, for example succumbing to 2 Thunder Punch from Mega Metagross but otherwise faring very well against it if it switches into Power-Up Punch instead. The defensive typing is good, but it is not what it used to be, especially when you consider that a Pokémon like Clodsire can sit on Jellicent and set up Spikes for progress. While Registeel has access to Rest, it does not possess reliable recovery like Corviknight and Skarmory, so it is mostly outclassed in that role, but we will discuss potentially ranking it much lower than suggested. Sneasler is, as you said, an easy lead to pick, especially when equipped with a Choice Scarf, but there are many walls that can stop it or hinder it by paralyzing it or limliting its longevity with Rocky Helmet, and it ends up clicking U-turn (or Switcheroo) quite a bit in hopes of spreading status or crippling a defensive Pokémon that otherwise walls it. I think this nomination is definitely worthy of further consideration, and we will discuss a potential rise to A, but there is a clear lack of data/usage when it comes to Sneasler, so a more cautious ranking might be chosen instead, which is why it currently sits in A-, which is a worthy tier. And even though I did not comment on all your nominations, @Leo1019, I forwarded them, we discussed them, and we voted on them, but there was a majority of votes to keep those ranks unchanged.
