Hello @Adm1ral777, I'm sorry you're encountering problems with the Diancie Quest. According to the Wiki entry about the quest, if the Nosepass stop following you, try leaving the area and then re-entering. Logging out will reset their positions. Please give this a try and let me know if it helps!
