Hello @Armzabk! Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. I would like to ask you what IVs reroll ticket have you used ? Since you can only use the normal reroll ticket for the Double IVs service reroll and not the Specific pokemon Ticket given via PvP chest or the Soulbound Reroll ticket given by many ways such as quest, PvP chest, daillies etc..
