Hope this gets resolve soon! I too don't want this to happen to anyone else. It's happened to me on GO before with my shiny, Lucky Swampert and I was never reimbursed let alone replied to my complaint.

Hello @Poke024! Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. It is not a bug, to be able to get the Salamencite Mega-Stone, you will require the Mega Bracelet. From our database, you dont have the Mega-Bracelet. As stated there to be able to get the Mega-Bracelet you will require these requirements: - Have a pokemon who have a mega-evolution currently in game (ZA mega dont count) and level it to 100 - Need to be your OT - Has maximum happiness - Have a total of 510 EVs (These one can be on any stats as long it is 510 EVs) Once you done with getting the mega-bracelet, re-speak with the npc to be able to get the Salamencite! With all the bugs that happened numerous of times within the span of a week. Its no surprise that something will go wrong whether its item/poke in possession gone missing/transformed or app not working while encountering rare form/pvp/boss battle I cant imagine how many more bugs in the old days. I just thought it mist be worse than what have been happening. Take screenshot guys. Idk if dev will go out of their way to help but you got the whole community to support you when you have the proof.
