Hello, I would like to capture Latios, so today I finished capturing Jirachi, but when I went to the TV to choose Latios as an option, I got this message: "It seems that the red Pokemon is still roaming around." I visited all 10 possible locations and Latias was not at any of them... I also have my Hoenn Dex complete. Please help.
