I have also tried requesting a new a email by double clicking the text and they have not arrived either.

Ive been trying to play for around an hour now however I am yet to recieve my confirmation email to validate my device. I tried with one email and tried to change it however I couldnt since I needed to recieve another email for that, which never arrived. I have now made a new account with a seperate email and have still not recieved anything. The emails are spelt correctly on both accounts, I have checked coutnless times.

The dex entries form your Pokedex may have been deleted after you obtained Entei. That is why it is preferred if you could provide screenshots of your Johto Pokedex, and maybe also a screenshot from what the Professor of the region says to you about this topic.

Good day @Cazydave Neither Groudon nor Kyogre are available for capture in PRO (this includes their Primordial forms). The only way that you are able to use either of them would be in Random PvP battles, where you have a random chance to have them on your team. I hope this information finds you well. Your mount isn't deleted—just open your inventory and drag it back to your hotbar.

Thank you very much. The Problem was infront of the game, not the game. I didn't know pokemon could hold mounts haha :)

Hey @Codyful , As of November 14th 2024 that is not true anymore and it does not matter if you are lucky or not. It was changed to as long as you can find a legendary on Birth Island, you will find one guaranteed instead of having a chance to find a pseudo-legendary. However, the reason could be that they don't meet the requirements anymore. For example some time ago due to another bug, some Pokedex entries were removed and never restored back. Hey @Sandwichkatze , Do you have all non-legendary caught data for Johto (Generation 2)? If so, could you please provide screenshot of those Pokedex entries? Also are you Johto Champion? Hello @Ilamix ! Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. From what I see from our database, you made a mistake and made your Farfetch holding your Arcanine Mount! To be able to get it, you will have to open the Pokemon card of your Farfetch and remove the Arcanine Mount! Hope it clears your issue! Very Respectfully, Zarachi

I thought my Arcanine Mount was a Pokemon (I am new) and i dragged it out into the team slots on the top left, or in a chat with a friend, and it disappeard... Please help ;/
