Hello, I know it's a bit of a stretch and a long shot but my wife and I were trying to redeem the code DYNR-5HBY-KMC0-VWZZ from the discord on the website and account page but didn't realise that it was simply on the in-game store at the bottom. By time I found it, we were 20 minutes late and we really would have loved to own this mount. Our character names are "Fwuff" and "Puffachu" if anything can be done at all would absolutely love to still get the mount as we were gutted when we missed it a couple of years ago.
