bro i think u play in silver just because same this happened in gold today as well both pink mons first karp then psyduck to a guy with 2 pokes difference when this happened i was online and i cant see my name in the chat ss and seeing a mod which was not in gold at that time so may be a bug? happened in both servers

Hello @Rafchk! Apologies for the issue experienced. But it is a intended feature. To be able to unlock more TMs in the Dept. Store shop, you require a amount of badges. Few example is such as Focus Blast, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt. You will require around 6 badges. As stated here, you will require 6 badges to be able to get Thunderbolt TMs!
