  1. The PvP Viability Rankings are a guide to which Pokémon are considered the strongest/most effective in the PvP meta. They aren't based purely on usage, but on how well each Pokémon performs, what it offers a team, and how it matches up against the rest of the meta. So, here's an idea for a different kind of season: Ban every Pokémon currently ranked from S through C-. Not because they're broken or deserve permanent bans, but as a one-season experiment. Take away the established meta and see what players come up with. Pokémon that are normally overlooked might have a place, and people would have to experiment with different teams, sets, cores and strategies instead of falling back on the usual options. Would it be balanced? Maybe not. Would it be chaotic and weird? Probably. But that's the point. Either way, it would be something different. Current PvP viability list can be found here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/249948-pro-pvp-viability-rankings-updated-on-05122026/
  2. +1 I find that quite interesting. I know the formats are very different, but I really liked the "Cups" in GO PvP; each season featured a specific cup. One of them was the REMIX Cup, where the top 20 most-used Pokémon were banned for the duration of the event to diversify the meta. There were other cool cups, too: The Elemental Cup, which only allowed Pokémon with Fire, Water, or Grass typing. The Halloween Cup, which only allowed Ghost, Dark, Poison, Bug, and Fairy types. There’s also a cup that bans Mythical and Legendary Pokémon, among others. Something similar to that system would be great for PRO to diversify the meta, bring back forgotten Pokémon, and so on.
  3. +1, I'm a noob and could've used this for story progression.
  4. hey, I'm new to the game and was wondering which server I should select. Ideally I'd pick the one with the more active player base but I don't see player counts anywhere. Which server should I begin with? Thanks!
  5. -1, absolutely doesn't make sense to completely change the way everything works at once, it's just cope for people who can't reach high ladder
  6. +1, from long time the meta is shifted always around the top 20 pvp pokes, at some point we dont faced anything out of mega metagross, samorut , zapdos, torn. Some fresh air is a good thing
  7. -1, a banlist in a ladder is not always the way, outside of different tier. A banlist can happens in a tournament (draft League, tier format etc..) but not in a OU ladder competitive aspect. But as stated 40 times, we never getting tournament back into game again.
  8. Not necessarily ban them for a whole season but probably added a new pvp ranked mode like uu
  9. The main issue I see is very few people will do pvp during this experiment. Why ? Because who has some pvpable NU/PU/RU tier pokemons ? PRO is not showdown. You can't just decide to flip the table and play with a random bold palossand... Will people hunt low tier pokemon just for an experiment ? Probably not. Would they buy the few ones available on market for stonks ? Likely no. Perhaps this is appealing to people with such mons already available in their pc, waiting to be used. I am one of them. I think it won't be enough... If you want to enable all the good aspects (market boost, hunt boost, etc...) of using NU/PU/RU mons, then it has to be playable more than just once
  10. +1 and add a crazy reward for that specific season , will be fun
  11. Of course, that too. Apply it across all aspects of gameplay.
  12. +1 but why limit it to PvP , you can add it then as a feature in general to help players during story, PvE content etc as well.
  13. Ban this guy from making any suggestions.
  14. What are honey trees? Honey trees are special golden trees that can give us rare spawn by spreading HONEY on them. How can I obtain honey? Honey can be obtained by following ways : ✓ You can get it through heatbutt ( All Regions ). ✓ You can get 1 honey by giving specific berries to AROMA LADY LILY in floaroma meadow. ( Cooldown = 24 Hours ) NOTE = Floaroma meadow is located west of Floaroma town. ✓ Can be brought from PvE Coin Apprentice for 8 PvE coins. ✓ Can be brought from Trade Chat for 3-5k. How can I get a rare poke? Honey trees basically works on chain. There are 4 honey trees ( And chains ). These chains include ghost , bug , grass and normal type pokes. First tree gives you a T1 spawn. And second one gives you T2-3 spawns. Whereas 3rd and 4th trees may give rare spawns. Chains Grass Type Chain Tree 1 = Celedon City Tree 2 = Route 43 Tree 3 = Route 117 Tree = Route 205 Bug Type Chain Tree 1= Viridian City Tree 2 = Route 37 Tree 3 = Route 116 Tree 4 = Route 229 Normal Type Chain Tree 1 = Route 15 Tree 2 = Route 35 Tree 3 = Route 104 Tree 4 = Route 218 Ghost Type Chain Tree 1 = Route 12 Tree 2 = Route 45 Tree 3 = Route 121 Tree 4 = Route 212 North Points to remember 1. Always do it in right order ( As it is written ). 2. Remember Dark Type Chain only works in night ( 20:00PM - 4:00AM ). What are spawns? All spawns are still to be known. Rotom is part of ghost chain. So I created this guide to let you all know. It's not 100% that you will get only rotom. There are 2 more spawns which also has some chances to encounter. Easy Way , Cross fingers and trust on luck. How to farm rotoms? ✓ Be sure , It's night. ✓ Be sure , to take your sync. 1. Make your way to Route 12 ( South of Lavender ) . Spread some honey in first tree. 2. After slathering first honey tree , make your way to Route 45 ( South of Blackthorn ). Now slather our second honey tree with honey. After slathering second honey tree , make your way to Route 121 ( West of Lilycove ). Now slather our third honey tree with honey. After completing three trees , make you way to our last tree in Route 212 North ( South of hearthrome city ). Now spread some honey in our last tree. And enjoy your spawn. It can be any of these : Vullaby ; Sableye and Rotom. If you found any mistake in the guide feel free to message me in forums or discord ( JustIce#6079).
