    I understand, but please take this into consideration I highly doubt a pvp player would prefer a specific hidden power ticket over 3 normal tickets that give him so many more chances to get a viable legendary pokemon. Also hardly any beginner player would have the resources to afford such an exorbitant ticket , and similarly i doubt many experienced pvpers would have a legendary with extremely poor stats. I really like the concept but right now its just not providing any value imo
