As for your coins; In the future, please make sure that when you are purchasing Coin Shop items, you are certain that you want the item you are buying. In case you are curious about how certain mounts or clothes look, you can preview all clothing and mount items in the Clothing and Mount Showcase. If you wish your coins back, please make a post in Donation and Coins Issues. Keep in mind that if you want your coins back, your Charizard mount will be removed. As for your username, name changes are unavailable for now. It was only available for a limited time as a special event, and there was also a price. Keep an eye out on Announcements for possible future name change events. In case you wish to start over with a new name, you are free to register a new account! Make sure that you do not try to register 2 accounts on one e-mail. It goes without saying that ofcourse, you will need to use a different username aswell.   6. Hello, Have you tried everything in > READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A SUPPORT TOPIC < ? If not, please try following the steps in that thread, more specifically the ones in the Hit by a Can not connect to server section. Also, make sure that your Firewall/Windows Defender/Antivirus are not preventing you from playing, and add exceptions if necessary.   7. Hello, As is explained above, Mimikyu outfit is separate from the Halloween Box. Halloween Box can drop 34 possible items, Mimikyu outfit is not one of them. Every item in the box has an equal chance of dropping. I hope this information helps you, Have a nice day! - Locked -

  13. Hello, As is explained above, Red and Blue have been merged to Silver and Yellow is now Gold. If you played on Red and Blue, you will need to merge your account. You can do so on the dashboard. MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT MAIN SERVER! This is very important, if you choose the server you didnt have progress on, you will lose your badges, and the choice is irreversible for now. If you have any questions about the merge, please read the > Server Merge FAQ <, everything you need to know about the merge is there. In case you run into any issues, please read > THIS THREAD < before asking for help. If you played on Yellow previously, you can login without any problems.   17. Hello, You can try to increase the text speed in Game Options, aswell as uncheck the LIMIT FPS option and turn off battle animations. That should give you a decent boost in speed. Please let me know if this helps, in the meantime, Have a nice day!

  21. Hello, This is not a bug. When merging, you were given the option to choose a main server. You needed to choose the server you had progress on in order to keep the badges. It seems that you chose the wrong server. Unfortunately, this action can not be undone at the moment. We are looking into this in order to possibly enable it, but i can not tell you when this might be a possibility. You should still have all your Pokemon/items/money in your PC/inventory; only thing you lost are the badges and as such, you will need to play through the story again. Please let me know if anything aside from badges is missing, Have a nice day!
  22. Can you tell me your PC specifications? Make sure you are meeting the requirements for PRO. Also, try everything in the Crash Issues or Other Issues section, especially the Windows 7 guide.
