You can see in Shamac's post that one of the requirements for the name change is 300,000 Pokedollars, aswell as some other requirements. Your money did not disappear, it was taken from your account in order to pay for the name-change; in other words, you were not scammed and your money did not disappear for no reason. Hello, This is a known bug. After encountering a lot of Pokemon your bag can freeze. In order to avoid this, open your bag every few minutes. That should prevent your bag from freezing again. Hello, Unfortunately we can not restore boss cooldowns. Since this game is still in Beta, rollbacks and crashes are unfortunately an occasional occurence. Server stability is being constantly worked on, but sadly a rollback might still happen from time to time. As for scheduled maintenance, the easiest way to keep track of those is to join PRO Discord. Usually there is also an ingame warning. Incase of an announced maintenance, make sure to not start any bossfights after maintenance was announced. Apologies for the inconvenience, please try to be more cautious about fighting bosses and be on lookout for any maintenance announcements in order to avoid a situation like this in the future, Have a nice day! - Locked -

Hello, As Voldis4 explained, some waterfalls ingame can not be passed through yet. In case you are wondering about the Pokeball on top of that waterfall, there is nothing inside it (for now). Hello, Have you tried using Lightning Rod Seaking? All you need to do is defeat Houndoom, then send Seaking against Machamp. Machamp will use Thunder Punch on it, let Machamp hit your Seaking 6 times. That will increase your Special Attack. While Machamp is hitting you you can spam Agility, this will boost your speed and you wont faint the Machamp with it before your Special attack is maxed out. Make sure your Seaking has Surf. Equipping Mystic Water also helps. In case Metagross survives, Chansey or Blissey can defeat it, it will use Bullet Punch on them. They also help against Volcarona.
