Have you tried running in Administrator mode? Or using 32bit client instead of the 64bit client, or vice versa? Also, make sure that your device meets the system requirements.

Hello, As the Pokestop says, you need to collect all badges in Johto before getting the items from Pokestops in that region. I will leave this thread open for now in case you run into any problems after getting the 8th badge. Good luck with your incoming gym battles, Have a nice day!

Hello, Servers were down due to maintenance for the new update. All servers should be online now. You will need to download the new client in order to play, you can find it HERE. Remember to delete all previous PRO files, including anything in the Recycle Bin and any temp files before downloading. If you wish to know if servers are down, you can check SERVER STATUS. Hello, Have you correctly followed all steps mentioned in this HOENN WALKTHROUGH? After beating Deoxys on Moon, you needed to talk to Rayquaza, after which you end up in Sootopolis City. You can not access the Moon through Mossdeep Space Station until you become Hoenn Champion. Please let me know if you can continue with your story. Hello, You don't need to delete your account. If you wish to replay the story, you can also start on a different server. Hello, Your Norton Antivirus is falsely flagging PRO files as viruses. Don't worry, PRO files are safe. To install PRO, turn off your Norton while extracting, then add exceptions to PRO files in your Antivirus. Please let me know if this works for you, in the meantime, Have a nice day!

Hello, It seems that your Antivirus/Firewall/Defender is blocking PRO. Please add exceptions and try playing the game again. If only adding exceptions doesn't work, try removing all PRO files from your device, including anything in the Trash Bin and temp files, then re-download but with your antivirus/defender/firewall turned off. Hello, You can not delete your account. Your account data is server-bound, not client bound. PRO was on maintenance, that is why you couldnt enter the game. Please update your client and try again. If you end up having any further issues, let me know here. In the meantime, Have a nice day! -
Hello, You can make an appeal HERE. Do note that you should not make more than one appeal. You can bump your appeal every 24 hours in case you don't get a response right away. Hello, Did you activate your account? Upon registering, a verification e-mail has been sent. You must activate the account in order to be able to play. If you did activate your account, you can try changing your password on the Dashboard. Make sure you dont have any special signs in your password, it needs to be only numbers and letters. Hello, to enter Celebi's area you must interact with the Shrine in Ilex Forest at 00:00 Poketime. Have you tried that? Incase you did and still can't enter, there are few things you might have missed: - It is possible that you are missing a Pokemon in the Pokedex. Please check your Pokedex carefully and see if you caught all of them. - You did not catch Mew yet. You must also catch Mew in order to be able to get Celebi. - You haven't fought Suicune in Tohjo Falls, on top of the waterfall. You must defeat that Suicune in order to get the GS ball. - It is possible that you missed a step in the quest for the GS ball. Please check the Legendary Megathread in order to see if you did everything right. Please try all of the above and let me know the results, in the meantime, Have a nice day!
