Hi Romer20, Unfortunately, you may have lost your Uxie due to a crash or rollback. Usually, this is extremely unlikely to happen when catching a legendary, but it appears to be the case here. I regret to inform you that we cannot refund anything lost in a rollback or crash, regardless it be at the fault of the server or the user; you can find more about why that is here. However, it is possible to re-catch your Uxie by challenging the Nikola Boss in Unknown Place. Upon defeating Nikola, you'll be given another chance at catching your Uxie once again. You can find full information regarding this boss in the Boss Guide. If you need guidance regarding access to Unknown Place, please go ahead and check out How To Access Specific Areas. I highly recommend challenging Nikola and catching your Uxie when the servers appear to have been stable for awhile. This will minimize the chances of your previous situation happening all over again. I'll also link some information as how to Prevent Rollbacks as it may be of interest to you. However, you can only get another shot via the Nikola Boss if you got disconnected in battle, not if you lost it afterwards, while its IDs weren't wholly saved yet. Hi PrincessMimii, First, have you tried to uninstall and re-install your DirectX? In some cases, doing a fresh re-install can fix this error. Also, could you possibly screenshot your dxdiag so we can better assist you? To do this simply, press Windows Key + R to open up the Run Dialog, type in dxdiag, and then press Enter. After the information has loaded, can you screenshot your System Information and paste it here? It should include the specs of your PC and also the DirectX Version that you are currently running. Also, apologies as it seems your issue has been overlooked a bit; hopefully we can get your game running soon. I'll be eagerly awaiting your answer!

Hello, Unfortunately this happens when you unfriend someone while they're offline. There currently aren't any known fixes to this, but we're currently in the middle of investigating possible fixes to this bug. The best I can do is recommend you to re-add them, and then delete them whilst they're online. However, this is not known to be a fix; just my own educated guess. Hi PJ, As previously stated by the other posters, you'll need 120 Kanto Caught Data and 38 Evolved Data of Any Region in order to travel to Love Island. (Keep in mind while the requirements state "Kanto", it's referring to first generation Pokemon (#1-151); not simply any generation Pokemon caught in Kanto). You can check if you have caught a Pokemon by looking at your PokeDex. If you have caught it, there will be a Pokeball to the bottom right, as shown here: If you have evolved data of a Pokemon, you'll have the Pokeball to the bottom right as well as a star to the bottom left, as shown here: In regards to your first question however, you are able to trade with others for the Kanto Caught Data requirement. Once a Pokemon you haven't previously caught has been traded to you, you will receive the PokeDex Data for that Pokemon. Therefore, if your Focus Sash was used whilst in battle before the disconnect, it will also have disappeared, just like in the original game: If you're low on money, I would highly suggest doing the dig spots around Kanto and Johto to look for buried treasure. You can look at the dig spots guide here for more information regarding this. Another way to regain your money is rebattle trainers throughout the regions, especially if you have a Membership activated (the payouts are double if so). You can also try to farm Seafoam Island B4F, as killing wild Pokemon there give out payouts similar to trainer battles. While a bit dated, you can also check Daeon’s Guide to Money Making, as many viable ways to farm money in the guide are still relevant today. Hi Gaia, I'm extremely sorry for this inconvenience; this bug is known and a fix will be out for it soon. While waiting for the new client release, please try the following workaround: In simple terms, start changing your resolution, starting at a lower resolution and working up to a higher one, until you're satisfied with the result. If one particular resolution gives you an error, you'll just have to select a different one. I apologize for this inconvenience again and I understand it is extremely frustrating. If the above doesn't work, you'll be needing to wait for the next update which should be released soon. Hello, Unfortunately, it is likely that your suggestion will not be implemented into PRO. There are a few main reasons why that is: First, some players may not wish to heal their Pokemon every time they enter a PC; especially players who are repel tricking and purposely keep a fainted Pokemon in their party. Being forced to faint the Pokemon each time—rather than simply depositing their fainted Pokemon before healing, then taking it back out—would ultimately be a waste of time for the player. Second, since PRO is a fan game based on Pokemon, we would like intrinsic game functions to closely mirror the original games as much as possible. This mechanic was never in any original handheld games. If you wish to have your Pokemon automatically healed when entering a PC, feel free to use an Escape Rope. They cost $550 in Pokemarts; you can also save a bit of money by purchasing the Escape Ropes from Ned outside Mt. Moon—he sells five Escape Ropes for $2,000, which is a $750 saving. I hope the reasons listed above have clarified why it most likely will not be implemented. Thank you for your understanding!
