Hi there, Make sure that you download the correct client; if you have a 32-bit processor, you'll need to download the 32-bit client, and if you have a 64-bit processor, it is recommended that you download the 64-bit client. Hi Gaia, I'm extremely sorry for this inconvenience; this bug is known and a fix will be out for it soon. While waiting for the new client release, please try the following workaround: In simple terms, start changing your resolution, starting at a lower resolution and working up to a higher one, until you're satisfied with the result. If one particular resolution gives you an error, you'll just have to select a different one. I apologize for this inconvenience again and I understand it is extremely frustrating. If the above doesn't work, you'll be needing to wait for the next update which should be released soon. Since there is no further information I can possibly give on this issue, I'll now lock this topic. You can check our Download & Update Logs for upcoming updates and changes for this bug. - Locked -

Hello, Unfortunately, it is likely that your suggestion will not be implemented into PRO. There are a few main reasons why that is: First, some players may not wish to heal their Pokemon every time they enter a PC; especially players who are repel tricking and purposely keep a fainted Pokemon in their party. Being forced to faint the Pokemon each time—rather than simply depositing their fainted Pokemon before healing, then taking it back out—would ultimately be a waste of time for the player. Second, since PRO is a fan game based on Pokemon, we would like intrinsic game functions to closely mirror the original games as much as possible. This mechanic was never in any original handheld games. If you wish to have your Pokemon automatically healed when entering a PC, feel free to use an Escape Rope. They cost $550 in Pokemarts; you can also save a bit of money by purchasing the Escape Ropes from Ned outside Mt. Moon—he sells five Escape Ropes for $2,000, which is a $750 saving. I hope the reasons listed above have clarified why it most likely will not be implemented. Thank you for your understanding!

As listed under the Punishment Policy, this infraction would be listed under Severity 2 - Trade Related Infractions for False Offers/Selling. I would highly recommend reading over the Trade Rules, Important Information (regarding trades), and the Punishment Policy. Hello Will, As [mention]Giorgio25[/mention] has said, you can type "/happy 1-6" in your chat box in-game to see the happiness value of the Pokemon in the slot you specified. (You can find a full list of commands here). Pokemon do indeed lose part of their happiness when they faint in battle. A Pokemon will lose 5 points of happiness when fainted whilst in battle. However, they do not lose any happiness when deposited into the PC. Ways to increase happiness are: Walking with the Pokemon (1st slot only), Battling with the Pokemon (+1 Point of Happiness per win), Leveling it up (+5 Points of Happiness per level up), Eating EV Reducing Berries or Vitamins (+2 Points of Happiness per berry), Having the Pokemon hold a Soothe Bell (Found as a hidden item in National Park in Johto, also wild Golbats in Mt. Silver have a chance of holding them). (Gains whilst in battle are doubled when holding a Soothe Bell. Does not apply for berries or vitamins). Keep in mind that trading a Pokemon will set its happiness to 70 if the current happiness is above that. Lastly, you'll need 150+ Happiness in order to use Dive and Headbutt outside of battle, and 155+ Happiness in order to use Dig outside of battle. Hello there, Unfortunately, we cannot "de-level" Pokemon nor can we refund anything lost in a crash. You can read more about this here. However, you should be able to go to the Move Relearner in Cerulean City or Saffron City to re-teach your Charmeleon Dragon Rage for a fee of $2,000 PokeDollars. If you don't have sufficient funds, I would recommend doing the Officer Jenny quests in Pewter City or Viridian City, which should give you a handful of PokeDollars. The TM Dragon Rage can also be found in Viridian Maze; the specific location can be seen here. (This also the full guide if you were curious). Hi Fuji, Currently players can have up to 60 boxes of Pokemon in the PC. There are 15 Pokemon per box, so if you do the math... That's 900 Pokemon you're able to collect up to. If you have full space, any balls you throw at Pokemon will not be caught; you'll have to then make space and release Pokemon in order to catch more. I'll also be moving this to General Support for better visibility purposes, in case someone else has a similar question and checks that forum.

Hi SweetTarT, Try to log into the PRO Dashboard. If you're able to login successfully, you'll also be able to log into the game just fine. If the above doesn't work, please try the link again later; sometimes it can take awhile. If it hasn't worked after 24 hours, you'll need to create a G-mail account specifically and register once again in order to activate your account. If you wait 7 days, you'll be able to use the same username as your last attempt to register, but if you don't want to wait, I'm afraid you'll need to come up with a new one.
