I like things like an exclusive bike though, even though I'd go with mounts, personally.

Well you need specific badges to be able to use HMs and FLY cannot be used outside the battle.

Just think of it as a MMO, things are not supposed to be achieved easily, can't be compared to the handheld games at all.

You got to find a good strategy, that's all. Those bosses are meant to be hard, but most of them are considered being too easy anyway. Just build a decent team and you'll do fine. Back luck in case of crash.

Well, you'll get used to it in time. Make sure to check the dex for the moves, make sure to check various websites aswell. Clefable can't relearn Moonlight, for instance, make sure you check such things before starting to raise Pokemon.

Not entirely true; The first 200 Pokemon in the Dex have been built upon Gen6 Movepool. The others haven't by now.
