Legendaries can't be traded at all. Apart from that, having legendary pokemanz would just create envy and (dis)advantages given that most players would use those for PvP. This is a MMO, if you think of the series, 'regular', 'average' people will never encounter legendaries themselves. The way staff put them into it by now is just fine, in my opinion.

Interesting. Like I've experienced, or thought so at least, that it's sort of related to items, might have been just the server lags though.

The more items you own the longer the freeze will occur; Just wait, do not close the client to prevent rollbacks/loss.
