  1. Its impossible to detected when a crash can happen unless its a scheduled maintenance. On that note, we can mark this suggestion as "Denied". Locked.
  2. Our staff members have their own lives to take care of too... Anyway, feedback given. Locked.
  3. Orihara replied to a post in a topic in General Game Talk
    Locked
  4. Not that hard really, only 3 staff members have authorization to reboot the server while in down-times. They weren't available at the time so a reboot was impossible.
  5. Mind being a bit more specific?
  6. Orihara replied to Emmacross's topic in Resolved Bugs
Chances are you were trying to login at a time when the server have crashed.
  7. Which e-mail provider have you used?
  8. Right, coz it takes 5 minutes to rent, code, maintain, contract a few servers for 10 bucks.(sarcasm) We are an early live beta game which has been up for atleast 4-5 months now. And a fanmade one, not being funded by a company or anything. On that note, it takes time and resources to provide those. Players need to be patient, because the increases will happen based on the technical aspects of things, not on high demand.
  9. You guys wanted a queue system so we gave you one. We have a very big playerbase compared to our server limitation, which will continue to expand over time. On that regard there isn't much we can do at the moment. Most of the crashes were a result of the spamming the login button, which as you can see from the queue, around 900 players constantly smashing that login button, which creates a small DDoS effect from time to time.
  10. Given that we are in LIVE BETA the game is still under development. Crashes and bugs are expected to happen any moment. Source : https://www.pokemonrevolution.net/
  11. You donated, there is a difference. And no, membership will continue to countdown from the moment of its purchase. Priority login privelages will not be given to MS users, which is an exclusive right for staff members only. Reason : Once our server capacity is increased to the point of where it can sustain our playerbase, this will be useless. On that note, locked.
  12. Mind providing more info?
  13. https://pokemonrevolution.net/Downloads.php Download the latest version from here
  14. https://www.pokemonrevolution.net/reset_pass.php Use this link, should work like that.
  15. Once the move learning page pops-up, it means the the npc has done his job. Which is wether you learn or do-not-learn it will count as "tutored" hence the money was taken.
  16. I'm affraid nothing can be done as rollbacked pokemons & items cannot be refunded unless they're key components to the storyline.
  17. Is there an error showing up on the login screen when you're trying to connect?
  18. 1. Do not ask about server status. The topic will be locked instantly.
  19. You can click on the wrench icon ingame to create/edit/leave/join chats.
  20. Players are given the option to create their own channels. Be that for language, or privacy. Country based channels, which i'm not sure if i understood correctly(?) pile the players inside the channel based on their IP locations? If thats what you're suggesting, then no.
