+1 ubers should realistically have their own q instead of unrated. If everyone q's unrated with ubers then no one will play unrated which most people do to test teams or just have fun. Bringing ubers into unrated takes away what unrated should be. Unrated should be just like ranked with the same rules, its their to test teams, play fun teams, etc without having to worry about losing rating. When ubers are being brought into unrated then it takes away the purpose and is why most people probably arent playing unrated because ubers are always present. With a seperate q for ubers and adding more uber mons would create an overall healthier enviroment for pro. There are plenty of old legendaries that are unavailable still because they would create to many problems. If it is an issue about more uber mons would make bosses easier then certain mons should just be unuseable in boss fights and be useable in an ubers q. We dont even have mons like Mewtwo, Lugia, and Ho-oh while current gen mons are being rolled out. It would be a simple fix to allow these mons into pro and just have them banned from boss fights as it would make them way to easy and then allow them in an uber q seperate from unrated.

+1 as its clearly bugged like moves like stockpile it should be banned until it is coded correctly

I understand both sides of the argument, the main problem is that say I bid a fair amount for a pokemon and I have to head to bed or work. I cannot then monitor if an insta is set and therefore cannot do anything about it. Would it not be fair that if an insta is set after the auction is announced that the current highest bidder has the first right to insta at that price? If the highest bidder at the time declines then it is anyone's game and the highest bidder stays the highest bidder and risks someone else instaing, but the right should pass to the last person who bid on the auction.
