Hi, it happens that I have traded a hoenn kadabra to a player who hasnt completed hoenn for evolution, no pop up message showing that the counter player couldnt receive hoenn poke and the trade is successful. However, he can't trade it back to me as it is locked in his poke center storage. Can anyone please help?
