Also, there have been several updates, reworks, and additions to PRO that you can read up on in our Update Logs. Also, we usually announce most our updates on Discord as well, so please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for further announcements.   7. Hi there. The servers are currently down to technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an estimated time as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved.   9. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately if you lose to one of the grunts in Mt. Silver, they will go on a 2 hour cooldown. For more information on Mt. Silver, feel free to check out our Mt. Silver Walkthrough. In the mean time, I suggest you train your pokemon outside Mt. Silver or in Victory road to prepare to battle these rocket grunts. Using potions and revives may also be useful. Let me know if you need anything else!
  10. Hello there! I’m sorry to hear about your situation. I regret to inform you about this, but we cannot refund your Genesect because it would be unfair to the other players who have accepted their losses due to crashing (regardless of our end or theirs) if we restore your pokemon and not their pokemon/money/cooldowns. If you caught it and lost it after a crash, please also take the time to read the thread linked below, for future reference. For scheduled maintainance, you may check the Official PRO Discord for updates when the server will be going down. Announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses. As for unannounced server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players. Also, if you crashed during the battle, it would count against a loss against the Legendary. Nevertheless, you can always battle Nikola in Trainer's Valley in order to have him respawn the Genesect for you. Please do remember that you have to once again catch a pokemon with 150+ Total IVs in order to enter the area once again. For more information on the Bug Catching Contest, feel free to check out our Bug Catching Guide. I know it can be frustrating as Genesect may be hard to get, but I really hope you understand why we cannot fulfill your request. Let me know if you need anything else.

Please be sure to delete all your PRO files and reinstall the latest client once it's been released. However, there is no estimated time as to when this will be released.   14. Hi there. You are allowed to transfer cosmetics to others. You can do this by dragging your cosmetic item to your pokemon and trading them the pokemon. An alternative way to do this is to mail the item to them. However, do note that this will cost 2k for each mail. Also, it is good to note that event items are usually untradable to keep their exclusivity from the event. Some untradable event items include the Summer Clothes from Vulcan Island.   15. Hi there. I'm happy to inform you that Talonflame isn't banned in Ranked PvP. You can check for the list of banned pokemon in Ranked PvP here. However, it's important to note that Gale Wings and Fly together is forbidden in Ranked PvP. As quoted, Also, before you initiate a Ranked PvP Battle, please make sure to read up on our PvP Rules to prevent any infractions. Let me know if you need anything else.

  19. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this is a common bug with items like TMs/Moves. We are aware of this issue and it is currently being looked into by our Developers. However, we are unable to give an estimated time as to when this will be fixed. Please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for further announcements. For now, you should be able to fix this issue by completely deleting all your PRO Files and reinstalling the client here. Unfortunately, we are also unable to restore your Money as this would be unfair to others who have accepted their losses due to bugs like this. Do note that PRO is in BETA and bugs like this may happen. Really sorry once again. Let me know if this has fixed your issue and if you need anything else.
