  7. Hi there. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer? Your Silver account will have 80 coins on it.
  8. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Can you please try the following steps and tell me if you find your PRO File? -Select the search box on the taskbar, and type PROx64. -After you enter that, click My stuff to find results for files, apps, settings, photos, videos, and music across your PC and even OneDrive. Let me know if you find the PROx64 file using this.

  20. Hi there. I've checked your variables and it seems as if you've completed the entire Devon quest fine. Please take note that after speaking to Steven and giving him his letter, you'll have to talk to the guard once again to get him to move, if he's still there. Please let me know if you've done this. Also, it's good to attach screenshots so it's easier for us to identify where you are in the quest line.

  22. Hi there. No, you will not be banned from the game. It's simply an advisory that the ability Unburden was bugged, but now it is banned in Ranked PvP. Please refer to our PvP Rules for more information.
  23. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.
