Can you please try the following: • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

  3. Hi there. Could you please try to uninstall and delete all your PRO files on your phone? Afterwards, please install the new download found here. Let me know if this works for you.
  4. Hi there. Upon checking your inventory, it doesn't seem that you have completed the Fire Gym. Please try to beat the gym leader and once doing so, try to fish. If you still can't fish and already have the Heat Badge, then please attach a screenshot of your trainer card below in response. Do remember that you have to place the rod in your inventory and use a hotkey to fish. Make sure you're next to/in water.

  7. Hi there. Please ensure if that you are entering the correct username and password when logging in. If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. Let me know if you can't get on the dashboard either.

  9. I suggest that you avoid using the jailbroken features of your phone especially when trying to install PRO. This my cause complications that our out of our concern. The download above is functional in original clients. Therefore, if you still can't access the game through your jailbroken phone, you may wanna have it checked or try playing on another device.
  10. Hi there. Please do note that you need HM Waterfall to be able to go up the waterfall there. You can obtain HM Waterfall at the following locations: • FOUND at Cave of Origin B3F • FOUND at Sinnoh Safari Area Zone 4 (only if you had not found it previously) Let me know if you still can't go up the waterfall, also please attach screenshots of this.

  12. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
