  1. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.   2. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  4. Hi there. Unfortunately our controller feature isn't perfect, but you can try to select the "Allow Controller" option in your game Options. If this doesn't work, then unfortunately we cannot do much about it as this is something only our Developers can process. Therefore, I can't really give an ETA as to when it'll be fixed if it doesn't work for you. Let me know if you need further help.

D_1:i evolved my pikachu into raichu at 10 lvl..pikachu supposed to learn electro ball at 13 level why raichu doesn't even learn a single move even at 15 lvl.... One thing you should know about Pikachu and Raichu is that Raichu no longer learns moves through level up. This means that you'll have to get your desired moves for Raichu while it is still a Pikachu, which is why it is advised to avoid evolving Pikachu until you've got a desired moveset for Raichu. Below are the moves that Raichu can learn, but since you've already evolved your Pikachu, you'll have to learn these moves from a relearner. Kanto relearners can be found in Cerulean City and Saffron City. [spoiler=Raichu moves] Q_1:how does this stone or trade evolved pokemons skill set works? Stone and Trade evolved skill sets vary depending on the pokemon. Usually, you can check this by looking up the moveset in your pokedex or online. If you've got the data for the pokemon, it should tell you what moves it'll learn at what level, to guide you as to when you'd like to evolve your pokemon, if you want certain moves. If the moves are "Level 1" obtainable, they can only be learned as that evolution through a move relearner. Q_1:how to evolve trade evolution pokemon here? Trade evolution is the same as in the games. You'll have to trade your pokemon in order for it to evolve. If you're trading with a player, please be sure to screenshot the agreement and the trade in case he tries to take your pokemon. If you've been scammed, please feel free to report the player in the Report Center. Don't forget to attach the necessary proof. Q_3:where to get stuffs like electrizier or razor fang like item that is needed for pokemon to evolve? Evolutionary items can be acquired a lot of ways. A complete list for these items can be found here. For when they are held by pokemon, you can use the command ^item <item name> in #bot-commands in our PRO Official Discord. This will give you the areas in which you can find pokemon holding the item. Please remember that there is only a 5% chance the pokemon will hold the item. Q_4:is there anyway without trade to get hoenn or sinnoh pokemon at start like after finishing johto or in kanto or johto region? It usually depends on the pokemon. For more specific details on how to obtain your desired pokemon, feel free to use the command ^s <pokemon> in #bot-commands of our PRO Official Discord to find out where and how you can acquire your desired pokemon. More often than not, Hoenn and Sinnoh pokemon aren't really obtainable in Kanto early on, especially without trade as they usually come from bosses. Let me know if you have any further questions. This is a well known issue and unfortunately, trading a pokemon before it has its ID number assigned may cause the OT to become blank. I'll let you know when your OT has been fixed.   9. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.
  10. Hi there. Below are the ways you can obtain a Lapras in-game. So to answer your question, you need to fish (with a super rod) or surf. Fishing near the beach or in the ocean doesn't change anything. You also need membership for Lapras here. You can obtain this information by using ^s Lapras in #bot-commands in our Official Discord.   17. Hi there. It seems as if you are in the middle of the Heatran Quest. Your rare candies have been taken from you at the start of the quest to ensure difficulty. After completing the Heatran Quest, talk to Buck inside Stark Mountain Main Cavern and you'll get your rare candies back.   21. Hi there. Thank you for your response. The bag glitch has been an known issue for a while now. However, there is no ETA as to when it will be fixed, but rest assured that our Developers are definitely looking into it. As for having a bank of some sort, this is actually something that is planned for the new website when it comes out. You can read more about the Website Rework here. As for the Flashlight, you're free to suggest it in the Suggestions sub-forum and hopefully there's a chance it'll be considered. Let me know if you need further help.
