I'll pass this on to them for you. Also, for moves that your pokemon can learn/relearn, you can check your pokedex. If they aren't in the list there, it means that the moves aren't updated to Generation 7 yet, or you can try to teach a move with the Pre-evo tutor. You can access this tutor behind the counter and into the doorway in every daycare, which will lead you towards the back. Let me know if you need any further help.

However, I would just like to inform you that in-game, all names are capitalized at the first letter, while the rest are lowercase. Hi there. Unfortunately, you can't see what pokeball you used on a pokemon. However, if the servers crashed, then it is possible that your account data was saved when you acquired the pokeball. You may want to look into this thread for further information, in this case.
