Hi there. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! For Android, you can refer to this guide on how to download and install PRO. As of now, the servers are currently locked, and there is no ETA as to when they will be up. Let me know if you need further help.

For Windows, you can refer to this guide on how to download and install PRO. As of now, the servers are currently locked, and there is no ETA as to when they will be up. Hi there. Can you please try the following? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. Can you please try the following? If you are still stuck after trying everything, please let me know. ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again -
Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be talked about in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not preformed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread. Hi there. Just to clarify that Pokemon Surf mounts do not make you surf faster. They are simply for cosmetics. If you'd like to Surf faster, you'll need to purchase a Jet-ski. Usually to use a mount/jet-ski, you can simply put the item in your hotbar by dragging it from your inventory and then using the hotkey when you're next to water. Let me know if you need further help.

Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

Hi there. PRO is based off of the Official Pokemon games, wherein there are also 8 gyms. Therefore, unfortunately, I doubt this will change at any point. Sorry to disappoint you and I hope you understand.
