Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference. Hi there. You'll need to teach your Mankey Covet from a relearner. You can also use pokemon with Theif/Frisk or you can catch the pokemon as well. You also don't have to complete the quest right now, you can always come back to it.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. Unfortunately when you merge your accounts, you'll only be able to play your account on Silver. To play on Gold with that account, you're gonna need a Server Transfer. Hi there. Unfortunately, the Mystical Lugia actually has no connection to Alola. As for Rotom, it's simply been teased as a possible reward from Honey Trees. Hi there. You can purchase membership medallion for varying lengths in the Coin shop. You can also buy membership medallions off of players in the in-game trade chat. Please take note that membership only lasts a certain amount of days, depending on the type of medallion that you activated. It is not permanent. Once you have the medal, simply activate it by clicking on it in your inventory. If you want further information on Membership, feel free to read on the Benefits of Membership.

Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. For server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Rest assured that we're always trying to bring our players the best experience although sometimes things may not go as planned. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players. Next, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. You may also check with the following questions:  It also would be unfair to the other players who have accepted their losses due to crashing (regardless of our end or theirs) if we restore your pokemon and not theirs. Hi there. It seems as if you have already logged into the Silver server, do you still require help? Nevertheless, if after mergring, you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.

Hi there. The Pink question mark icon on the top right corner of the screen means that a membership pokemon spawns in that area, and you have not seen it yet. If you'd like to find out what pokemon this is, I recommend doing ^s <Route/Area> in #bot-commands in our Official PRO Discord. Let me know if you need further help.

Hi there. To get a bike, you first have to turn in a Ditto registered to your OT to the youngster in the house to the right of the Vermilion Pokecenter. Afterwards, he will give you a Bike Voucher which you can use to purchase a Bike at the Cerulean City Bike Store for 60k. Let me know if you need further help.
