  3. Hi there. You can trade pokemon across both accounts to yourself. Although, I'm not sure as to why you'd have both accounts open in the first place (For reasons other than trading) as one character would happen to be in a stationary position as you're controlling the other. We have our ways of telling if you have exceeded the account limit or not. Same goes for if you are using unauthorized software. Rest assured you will not be puinshed if your are not breaking any of our Game Rules. Let me know if you need anything else.

Unfortunately, I can't give you an estimated time as to when new content or the Mysterious Ticket will be released, but you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs or #announcements in our Official PRO Discord for when it's added.   10. Hi there. As stated by NamelessHero, you are most certainly allowed to have 2 PRO Clients running! You can play on both accounts and complete the story on each as well. However, do note that you can only have a maximum of 4 accounts and cannot have alternate accounts in the Ranked Ladder. For further information with regards to PvP, please check out our PvP Rules. In addition to this, please do note that any manipulation of the game, and using unauthorized software is prohibited. For more information, please read up on our Rules.   15. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Our database is currently down, but I'll have your team sorted once it's back up! If you would not like to wait, you can simply take the ID of the pokemon, post it here and then delete the bugged pokemon. Once our database is back up, I can recover the pokemon with the ID.   16. Hi there. Please do note that I'm not the only one that cares, but I'm speaking on behalf of the staff team, we all care. The community is considered in a lot of our decisions as staff. In the mean time, I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but you'll simply have to wait until their shiny variants are created for your request to be granted. I understand how you feel and I hope you don't take us the wrong way. We're always trying to provide sufficient service, but sometimes technical and time restraints can also come into play. I really appreciate you bringing this up though. Please be patient in the mean time.
  17. Hi there. First of all, I can understand your frustration, but you have to understand that things cannot be fixed simply with a flick of a switch. Our Developers have numerous projects that they are working on and they cannot get to every single bug in the game. Do note that PRO is still in BETA and bugs like this can occur. We cannot promise perfect service and gameplay, but we can strive for it. If we went over and tried to fix every single bug in the game currently, it would take so much time and future projects would be further delayed. As I stated in my previous post, keep an eye out in our Update Logs for further updates. Let me know if you need anything else.

As already stated by our Spawn Editor in the past posts of this thread, the Sandy and the Trash cloaks do not have Shiny Variants and therefore can't be implemented in the game yet. Our Artist Team is very busy with the numerous additions to PRO. As you can see, new forms were just made for the Christmas event and they have other projects that are of upmost priority. Once everything related to sprites is sorted, the pokemon will be available when our Spawn Editor makes the spawns for them. Until then, these cloaks will not be available. Do note that we as PRO Staff are simply volunteers and act in our own time. Let me know if you need anything else.
  19. Hi there. I'm gonna be answering this as the PRO Useful Links Guide is my guide. First of all, the best way to get information on spawns is through our Reborn Bot. You may access the Reborn Bot in the PRO Official Discord or you may invite it to your own server. You can use it to look for spawns by doing ^s <Pokemon/Map Name> and it will give you a list of Spawn Locations/Pokemon. Alternatively, you can also look for where a pokemon spawns in your in-game pokedex once your have the pokemon's seen data. Next, please do note that the PRO Useful Links Guide is simply a compilation of useful guides. However, the updating of guides must be done by the guide's respective creators. Please do note that players and staff creating guides simply do it as volunteers and may be very busy. As much as we would like to keep every guide up to date, it may be tedious, and it would be wrong to meddle with someone else's guide. Hope this clarifies things for you.

  23. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. In addition to being Sinnoh Champion and having 500h play time, you also need to have 180 hours in the Sinnoh region for him to show up. You can check how many hours you have in Sinnoh by talking to the Professor in his lab. You started Sinnoh with 1559 hours and currently have 1572 hours. With that, it isn't possible you spent 180 hours in Sinnoh already, so this is the requirement you are missing. For further information on bosses, please check out our Boss Guide.   25. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this screenshot has no relation to PRO whatsoever. In PRO, there are Megas. However, they are only available as NPC Pokemon. With this, they are unobtainable for players. This is because we are still yet to finalize everything with regards to releasing Mega Evolutions. Please do note that there is no estimated time as to when new content such as Megas are to be released. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs or in our Official PRO Discord for further announcements regarding PRO. Let me know if you need anything else.
