  1. Hello, my Bronzong is unable to learn Dream Eater from the move tutor in Viridian City despite being normally able to. I mentioned this in the discord and was told to report this as a bug. I tried to relog and this did not help either. I have posted the picture below showing what the move tutor says. Thanks!

    Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately Dream Eater can only be learned by Bronzong through TM. With this, you'll have to use a TM to teach the move to Bronzong and not a Move Tutor. You can get the Dream Eater TM from the Celadon Daily Quest as a Reward.

  2. "this item cant be used" is what i get everytime i try to use it. also iron,calcium and the items like that wont add 10 ev's to each attribute that they are supposed to

    Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've reported the error with the Max Ether to our Developer. Do note that PRO Staff are simply volunteers and act in their own time. As for the different vitamins, you can only add a total of 100 EVs through Vitamins, which is probably why it gives you the error of "<Vitamin> has no effect."

    Hi there. The servers were down due to technical difficulties. You should now be able to log on again. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here.     Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. Since you played on the Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the Blue server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Everything about the Merge thread for questions you may have and if you encounter issues whilst merging.

    Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've gone over and recovered your Charizard. However upon checking, I noticed that it is only level 95 and not 96. Nevertheless, it should be in the last slots of your PC. Could you check that for me please? Also, please use the Restore Pokemon Megathread next time.

  6. Hi I am a new player in pro. And I noticed that I have some of the coins that you get by spending money. I dont know what to do with it. I also want to know how the trading in pro works.

    Hi there and welcome to PRO! The coins you have were given as compensation for the downtimes that happened in the past. You can spend these coins in the coin shop which you can access by clicking the orange bag on the upper right corner of your screen. As for trading, you can only trade with another person in the same pokecenter as you. Furthermore, you'll need Kanto's 4th Badge to start trading. Once you've met the requirements, you can start a trade by doing /trade <username> whilst in the same pokecenter. You can also start a trade by right clicking their character and selecting Trade. We also have a Lending System if ever you need anything regarding that. You can even put items on your pokemon to trade them. However, please do note that not all items are tradable!

  8. Hello, so i've just finished the Ditto quest and got my bike voucher, then i went to Cerulean and bought the 60k bike. Just after that i was disconnected from the server (my internet was okay) and when i got back, my bike, my Ditto and my voucher were gone. The money wasn't lost tho.

    Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you were disconnected/rolled back after the ditto was removed from your party but before you were given the bike voucher. I've gone over and given you a new bike voucher due to this. Please try to go back to the Bike Store and redeem a Bike for 60k using it.

  10. Hello, I accidentally levelled up my magneton to lvl 100, thinking it was going to be a trade evolve.

     

    Can it be de-leveled please?

    Hey there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This seems to be a common issue with TMs and Tutors. We're aware of this issue and are still working on a fix for it. Nevertheless, if you haven't resolved your issue yet, please try to delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here.

  13. Hello, i need help with this issue, lost my key items after merging accounts from blue server to silver server.

     

    I lost my S.S Ticket for example, i tried to talk to Bill again and he doesn't gave me the ticket again, please help?

    Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience and for the delayed response. I would simply like to clarify that Bill doesn't physically give you a ticket for the SS Anne. He simply reserves a space for you, as stated in the dialogue. With that, please try to go to Vermilion City Docks and talk to Lt. Surge. He should go back to his gym afterwards and you should be able to get on the SS Anne after talking to the guards. Also, it seems as if you merged your accounts correctly, so don't worry about that. If you still can't enter the SS Anne, please attach screenshots of this so I can have a Content Scripter help you. Lastly, feel free to check out the Kanto Walkthrough if you need any help.
