Hi there. You can find the optimal natures for a pokemon through other websites such as Smogon, which can help you with movesets, natures, and EV training. You can also join our Official PRO Discord and use ^smogon <Pokemon> in #bot-commands in order to get the optimal moveset and nature for a pokemon. Usually a Timid or a Modest Abra will do. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. Hi there. Unfortunately, there isn't a way for Shedinja to learn Swords Dance in PRO as it can only be learned by Ninjask through evolution in older versions. Currently, Ninjask has to be leveled in order for him to learn this move as he doesn't learn it through evolution in PRO, like in Generation 7. Therefore unfortunately, like the newer generations, you are unable to teach Swords Dance to your Shedinja. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. Hi there. In the Original Games, Turnback Cave is usually the home for Giratina. However, to interact with the Giratina apart of the story, which is found in the Distortion World instead, you'll have to beat Cyrus in the Distortion World then talk to it. You aren't able to catch the Giratina, but you have to beat it. To find out more on the Sinnoh Story, please check out our Sinnoh Guide. The last few parts talks about the Distortion World. Hi there. You must've accidentally deleted your bike by dragging it into the trash bin. However, I've had another staff member recover your bicycle for you now. Can you check that for me please? As for your friends, it's a a known bug caused by having too many friends. If you try to remove a few friends, you may be able to see your friend once again. You can also both unfriend and readd each other as well.
