Hi there. To promote Veeeenset to Officer, please try the following. 1. Be removed from the guild as leader 2. Have a trustworthy member, as well as the agreement logged, promoted to guild leader. 3. Have them kick you then reinvite you. 4. They then will need to promote you from initiate to leader. Afterwards, have the other player give Leader back to you, devilrain, you will then be able to promote Veeeenset to Officer and above. Let me know if this works for you.

Let me know if you're still stuck afterwards. ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again If you just happened to be stuck in the story, please check out our Hoenn Walkthrough.

Hi there. Evolve data means that you'll have to be the one to personally evolve them after being prompted to do so by the evolve screen. You can see your Evolve data in your pokedex. Hope this clarifies things for you.

Hi there. In order to use your jetski, you'll have to stand directly next to the water. I suggest you put the jetski in your hotbar for easy access. Once next to the water, press the hot key and you should be on your jetski now! Please let me know if this has worked for you. If not, please attach a full screenshot of it not working whilst you're next to water.

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. Hi there. Unfortunately these items are currently unavailable to players. There is no ETA as to when they'll be available to players. However, you can keep an eye out in Update Logs or in #announcements in our PRO Official Discord. As for Porygon, you must wait 6 hours to get the Porygon. It won't be holding an item though. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. It seems as if you are in the middle of the Heatran Quest. Your rare candies have been taken from you at the start of the Heatran Quest to ensure difficulty during the quest. After completing the Heatran Quest, talk to Buck inside Stark Mountain Main Cavern to get your rare candies back. If you need further help with completing the Heatran Quest, feel free to check out the Legendary Megathread.

Hi there. I'll be getting to your points one at a time. So first of all, I just want to clarify that PRO is based off of pokemon. Therefore, we won't really be implementing anything that takes us away from that too much. So I'm sorry to say that the chances of your Gengar Idea being implemented may be rather low as we have a lot planned for PRO in the future, which can overall make your gaming experience better. Take note that PRO Staff and its developers are volunteers and we simply act in our own time, based on what the community needs the most or what we see as the most needed. Second, with regards to translating to other languages, PRO's storylines will always remain in English. This is because it is a universal language and therefore caters to majority of the population of PRO. Only minor menus will have the chance to be translated, however this isn't guaranteed. I can't give you an estimated time as to when this will be done. However, you may keep an eye out in our Update Logs or in #announcements in our PRO Official Discord for updates regarding the game. Hi there. First of all. Can you delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the game? Afterwards, run the program as an Administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on the Icon and selecting "Open". Now, if that doesn't fix your issues, you may wanna check your memory usage. Close all the applications that you are not using in this point in time and restart your computer. Please let me know if this has worked for you.

Hi there. Did you happen to black out before you lost your money? You black out once all your pokemon are fainted. When you black out, you are sent to your last visited Pokecenter. You will also lose 5% of your current money each time you black out. Hopefully I've clarified this for you.
